We undertake a lot of work for Architects, Draughtsman, Builders and Developers in relation to building projects, including site plans, topographical surveys, certified levels, set-outs, building location certification and boundary definitions. No job is too small or insignificant.
Our rural teams have many years experience in AMF Claims and dealing with ‘Limited Titles’ and we use a fleet of 4WD vehicles to provide access to even the most remote locations. With access to the most modern survey equipment and software, including GPS systems, no project is beyond our capability.
Our engineering staff undertake all types of civil design and supervision, including roading, services and drainage design for both our own projects and outside clients. We have undertaken several large hillside subdivisions that have involved extensive retaining and specialized design.
Our dedicated project manager takes care of all the servicing requirements for smaller in-fill developments, utilizing a team of tried and tested contractors to provide peace of mind to those clients who have never done subdivisions before.
