Madras Street, Multi-Lot Subdivision

Inner City Multi-unit (44 Units).

This development required a topographic site survey and a survey amalgamation plan of the underlying title due to earthquake damage and multiple underlying titles involved. We also completed building set-outs and location certification.

Finally, we completed a Unit Title subdivision of the 44 Units, including common parking with allocated car-park areas for inclusion in Body Corporate Rules.
