Hallfield is a boutique rural residential subdivision in the heart of Ohoka. There are 55 lots in total ranging from 2800m² to 1.35ha. Survus Consultants has been involved from the inception of this subdivision and have been a key part of the project to date.
Specifically, Survus involvement in the project has been;
- Private plan change
- Subdivision Consent Planning
- Full Civil Engineering design
- Contract Documentation and Tendering of civil works
- Project Management of Civil Works including administration of NZS 3910 Contract
- Land Transfer Surveying and 224c certification
